breakfast- fat free yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and some special k- 200 calories
lunch- 1/2 flatbread wrap with 1 slice of turkey and some lettuce, and 1 cup of strawberries and a calcium chocolate- 150-200 calories
snack- 1 apple with 1/2 tbsp of pb- 150 calories
dinner- 1 cup of baked pasta and a small side salad- 300-350 calories
dessert- 1 banana with 1 tbsp of pb and some other fruit- 200 calories
exercise- 20 minutes of cardio/strength interval training, 30 minutes of a CardioSculptBurn dvd (25 minutes of aerobics/pilates/lower-upper body toning), 20 minutes of thighs and buns yoga, and 1 hour of a softball pitching lesson (if that counts)
^my exercise will usually be 20-30 minuts of cardio, then 20 minutes of pilates or toning, and then depending on the day at least 90 minutes of a dance class
how did i do? any tips? i tryed to get to 1200 calories but i dont think i did…. i am trying to increase my calories more and more each day till i get to 1200 because for the past 2 weeks or so i only had 800 a day.. so im doing better i think. what do you think?
also, is this a good idea for lunch?- 1 serving of pretzels with 1 tbsp of hummus and 3/4 cup of canteloupe and 1/4 cup of blueberries
is that okay?
