We were eating out about 3 times a week but i cut all of that out about 2 months ago. So now i cook about 4 days a week and the other days its left overs. I try to buy a lot of fruit for him to snack on and when i cook one side dish is a vegetable and i include a salad with dinner. I have switch from ground beef to ground turkey to try to cut back. But i’ve made a lot of small cuts here and there.
