How can I stick to a diet I like, ?

I’m dieting now go to a weight watchers meeting and they will weigh you and do the points plan they will tell you how many points u are allowed u can get weight watchers snacks and dinners have portidge for breakfast if u don’t like it plain add some golden syrup (1 teaspoon) use slimline milk and go to the gym three times a week trust me if u stick to it it will work good luck. It works for me and get a weight watchers pack and u will get a shopping book and it has points of snacks in it check them and if there ok for u then u can have them don’t use butter coz it’s really fattening and use sweetners for tea if u have a sweet tooth good luck xxx
