Low Fat or Fat Free Cooking Oils?
Me-Chelle asked:
I recently began a new low fat diet, and have been doing very well. The only problem I am having is that I like to cook my meats in oil, usually olive oil. I know baking and boiling are better but for you but honestly it takes just a little bit too long as I am a busy college student that is working full time. Also, I honestly don’t think it tastes as good baked or boiled. Are there any healthy low fat or even fat free cooking oils I could use?

No such thing as fat free oil, I’m afraid. Canola and Olive are the healthiest in terms of their fat profiles, try using just a tiny bit in fairly hot, fat free skillet, and drain the hot meat on a paper towel for a few seconds till you are ready to eat.
